Use the information from the video and textbook to create a (2) two paragraph essay on the contributions of white who supported the anti-slavery movement and African Americans who contributed to the movement. Examine the roles and contributions of the following people: 1) William Lloyd Garrison, 2) Frederick Douglas, 3)John Brown, 4)Harriett Tubman, 5)Harriet Beecher Stowe, 6)Elijah Lovejoy and others who may contributed to the Abolitionist Movement.
